- Do you have a minimum lease period requirement?
- No, all lease periods are negotiable.
- Do your buildings have parking?
- Yes. Currently all of our buildings offer either onsite parking and/or parking in close proximity.
- Are your buildings close to public transit?
- Yes, all of our buildings are close to public transit (bus stops).
- What size of space do you have for lease?
- Space availability changes from time to time. Therefore, please contact our office for space availaibilty.
- Do your buildings have high speed internet access?
- Yes, with exception to our single-user buildings, all of our multi-tenant building�s offer high speed internet access.
